Moving lift hire price: how is your quote calculated?

The official calculator asks for location, floor, date and duration. Read the amount alongside the conditions: equipment, travel, time and the operator’s role. A starting price helps you explore options; it does not replace a quote for your address.

One sofa, a delivery and a complete move describe different jobs. Specify items, floors and addresses before comparing amounts. If a lift is needed at two properties, describe both access routes. A quote covering one address does not establish the cost of the entire move.

Details used in the calculator

The official module lets you enter country and postcode, floor, a date and the duration of use. These details prepare a request in the LOCA - LIFT system. Discuss a courtyard, narrow passage or specialist lift with the team: a standard form may not capture every ground or access constraint that affects equipment choice.

Read time, VAT and any supplements

Check included time, extra-time terms, travel and the VAT basis of the displayed amount. Clarify handling assistance: controlling the lift and carrying furniture are different tasks. Compare two quotes on the same basis rather than placing two starting prices side by side without their conditions.
